• All Sales Final: All purchases of Massage Packages and Gift Certificates are final and non-refundable.

• No "Change of Mind" Refunds: To maintain the sustainability of my solo practice, refunds will not be issued for changes in personal preference or circumstances. 

• Transferable: While packages are non-refundable, they are transferable in the case you cannot complete.  To gift any remaining sessions to a friend or family member. Please email mav@massagebymarcelina.com to authorize a transfer.

• Expiration: To ensure consistent progress in your bodywork goals, please note that all packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Cancellation Policy: My standard 48-hour notice requirement applies to all scheduled sessions, weather payment is via package, gift certificate or credit card. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of that session.
